Shift Timing - 4 am to 1:30 pm (WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY) (Australia)
5 Days working (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

* Strong communication Skills.
* Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.

* Strong communication Skills.
* Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Performing background and reference checks.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Forecasting recruitment budgets.
