We are looking for IT Recruiter to join their team.
What you- ll be tasked with

• Involved in full life cycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiation and closing. Collecting Requirement from respective Account Manager.
  
• Analyse the requirement and understand what type of person the client is looking for their opening.
  
• Searched and Sourcing potential candidates on job portals and also various Groups, free sites, and niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and GitHub by applying appropriate search strings.
  
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants- abilities
  
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions to determine their qualification and appropriate match with client needs.
  
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  
• Promote company's reputation as a great place to work
  
• Responsibilities include submitting candidates to the client.
  
• Good negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers.
  
• Timely Communication with candidates regarding their qualifications and rate/salary negotiation, relocation, etc.
  

What you need have :

• Engineering degree from a good college or MBA preferred
  
• The successful candidate will have at least 1 to 3 years+ strong background in IT & Technical Recruitment , IT Staffing or Contract Staffing at all Levels.
  
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
  
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• You will be self-motivated, determined and have a proven track record of consistently achieving target.
