Job Description
We are looking for an IT Recruiter (internal hiring).
Experience- 0.3 yrs - 0.6 yrs
Job Location- Noida sector 3 (WFO)
Interview Mode- Face to Face (Timing- 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, in-house database, external online and offline sources, forwarding them to the clients and following up with the clients for updates

Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions
Handling existing clients and their current job openings
Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies
Finding new sources for searching unique candidates.
Business development through identification of new clients and getting in touch with them for their requirements
Handing paperwork for candidates after selection
Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position
Forecasting recruitment budget
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Must have good understanding of all technologies and technical skills
