Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT recruitment or HR, with a strong focus on sourcing and placing top talent in the technology industry.
Responsibilities:
Actively source and screen candidates for various IT roles, including software engineers, developers, project managers, and more.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and effectively manage the recruitment process.
Negotiate offers and handle candidate onboarding and transition to the new role.
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Provide regular reports and metrics on the recruitment process and performance.
Requirements:
0-2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or HR, with a focus on the technology industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
