Job Description

  • Good knowledge in technologies.
  • Handling the complete recruitment, sourcing, screening, follow-up, maintain tracker, salary negotiation.
  • Sourcing the suitable and quality candidates from the target companies with the help of resources provided.
  • Sourcing the candidate through job portals like Naukri and Monster and also through network and reference.
  • Coordinating with them in weekday and weekends drive.
  • Responsible to coordinate with offered candidate until joins the organization.
  • Recruiting appropriate candidates for contract, contract to hire and direct hire job orders.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
