Roles & Responsibilities: 
- Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Research new technologies
- Follow up with candidates
- Understand the requirements for Technical openings
- Ability to build strong relationships to learn technical information
- Self-confidence and self-starter
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

• Should have 0 - 2 years of experience and above years of experience.
• Experience in IT Recruitment in corporate or consulting firms preferred.

Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Knowledge of the Recruitment industry, its nuances and processes.
• Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals.
• Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Highly energetic and motivated individual.
