Hi everyone, Techspawn Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced IT Recruiter the location would be Bavdhan, Pune

Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time

We are looking for Staffing Professionals to work in our IT / Non- IT Recruitment.

However, we are looking to hire someone with at least 1 years to 2 Years of experience in IT Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates.
Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, references etc.
Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
Candidates from UK Staffing industry / Contract to Hire Agency with Hands on experience on sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Negotiation skills.
Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent English-Written and Verbal.
Go getter attitude.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Education – Any Graduates can Apply.

Experience:

IT Recruitment / Non- IT Recruitment: 1-2 Years
