Qualifications:

• Candidates should have strong US IT Staffing & Bench Sales experience.
• Should have Min 1-6 years of relevant US Staffing / Domestic Staffing experience.
• Should have sound knowledge of US job sites (i.e. Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Naukri etc.)
• Should have strong knowledge on different tax terms like C2C, 1099, W2 with/without benefits, & OPT/CPT, etc.
• Must have experience in W2 / Full Time Hiring.
• Looking for Recruiters with Mechanical Engineering Back ground to serve our Manufacturing/Medical Device Domain
• Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants.
• Should have good experience working on MS Office.
• Strong communication and team management skills are required.
