Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·         Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches.

·         Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand client business challenges and propose appropriate infrastructure solutions.

·         Solution Selling:

    • Present and demonstrate the value of the company's infrastructure solutions to clients.
    • Customize sales proposals and presentations based on client needs and objectives.
    • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales quotas.

·         Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with the technical team to ensure a deep understanding of the products and services offered.
    • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

·         Reporting and Analysis:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:

·         Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

·         Experience:

    • 1-2 years of Sales experience in Technology industry (Freshers can apply)

·         Skills:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools.

·         Attributes:

    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
