• Generating business leads through bidding portals like Upwork and Social Media.
• Should have good knowledge of Web Development, Web Designing, Mobile Application, and Digital Marketing.
• Good hands-on experience in generating a business lead from other resources as well.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition.
• Should have good understanding of Bidding, Profile Creation, Proposal Writing and negotiation is must.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Required Skills:-

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
2. Experience in managing and growing sales teams.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and sell value and create credibility
5. Enthusiastic to build good relationships with clients.
6. Ability to work well in a team environment.

7. IT background will be preferred
