Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prospect identification through cold calling/email marketing, business Development and Lead *Generation via Phone, Email and Web.
  • Establish a network of relationships with key decision-makers in small/medium & large*sized companies and the ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business/clients *consistently.
  • Responsible for Lead Generation & convert Leads for our Software Products and services.
  • Ability to explain a technical concept.
  • Must meet or exceed targets in prospecting and generating qualified leads.
  • Product Promotion – through direct meetings, mailers and other modes
  • Conversion of leads to orders.
  • Handle all the client communication.
  • Negotiating on price and services.
  • Signing off the deal.
  • There will be travelling within the city as part of the job.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 yr to 3 Years of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory, Preferred Candidates all over India.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Software Demo, Handling Calls, Direct Sales, Negotiation skills, People Skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.

Required Assets:

  • Two Wheeler (Mandatory)
