Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with PLM concepts and systems
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter software
Team Management:
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments.
- Remove roadblocks for team work.
- Leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.
- Partner with Team Lead and Agile Lead to mentor team members.
Product Owner / Solution Manager Support:
- Understand Project Milestones, goals and expectations through collaboration with Product Owner and Solution Manager
- Support the Product Owner / Solution Manager in managing customer expectations for project deliverables.
- Confirm priorities for the team’s work and facilitates settlement of prioritization conflicts.
Process Management and Improvement
- Align across the SLMS organization on the project management processes within an Agile framework.
- Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile project management.
- Coach the team in Agile best practices, processes, and mindset; plan, lead and facilitate agile team ceremonies.
- Coordinate with other teams who share dependencies to achieve solution delivery according to customer expectations; includes partnering with Ops, Security, Training and other COEs
Team Building:
- Promote empowerment of the team to build a cohesive, high performing team.
- Ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution.
- Encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
- Use appropriate data and metrics to measure and promote team growth and maturity.
- Facilitate resolution of conflict within the team.
- Provide specific performance feedback to team members and their managers.
