We will be insourcing IT Service Desk, recruiting an entire team to support 10,000 users globally. The successful applicants will have an influence on future new hires, defining policy and procedures and building this new Service Desk from scratch.

About the Role:
The IT Service Desk Technicians role is to provide support to all members of staff. The successful candidate will communicate with users across all offices, over the phone, via email, and instant messaging platforms.
