Position Overview
The Healthineers Service/Product Owner will be part of the GDC. This position will be supporting IT AM OPS in the US region. Tasks include handling of POs and supporting processes and PC lifecycle management tasks.
Responsibilities ? Processing PO’s for all of US SHS IT ? Handle new vendor creations, GRs (goods receipts) and R&Rs (reverse and reposts) ? Provide SAP, EZSuite and IOL support ? PC reports/surveys ? PC analysis ? PC pipeline report ? PC refresh emails ? Updating PC data in “Tracker” database ? Other PC lifecycle operational tasks ? Responds to PO and PC lifecycle related inquiries
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
? Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously, while focusing on delivery quality ? Ability to drive accomplishments with minimal direction ? Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) a. Substantial end-user written and verbal communication ? Quick learner ? Good organizational skills ? 5+ years of relevant work experience within the IT infrastructure area ? Advanced excel skills along with other O365 application experience
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
