Job Description

AD - Tech Delivery (Emerging Technologies) - IT Services Firm
  • Opportunity to engage with several international and domestic clients
  • Exposure to latest emerging technologies and managing large teams

    Job Description

    Reporting into the Business Head, some of your key responsibilities shall be as follows:
    • Lead technology delivery for clients within Banking & Financial Services while handling a 200+ member team with projects spanning across application development, mobile development, data engineering, big data, etc
    • Managing diverse project teams spread across locations, in capacity of a project supervisor as well as a people manager
    • Meet operational & contractual commitments including financial forecasting
    • Work towards ensuring appropriate resources are mobilised & allocated to ensure timely delivery of projects
    • Build long term client relationships and ensure seamless delivery along with increasing repeat business
    • P&L management along with increasing overall margins

    The Successful Applicant

    • 15 years+ of experience in delivery management with exposure to handling international and domestic clients.
    • Graduate / Post Graduate Engineering in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines from premier institutes
    • Experience of working with clients from the BFSI domain with strong exposure to handling projects around emergent technologies like Java, Big data, Cloud, React and JavaScript
    • Experience in managing the P&L and effectively work towards increasing the profits of the account
    • Strong people management skills with prior experience of handling large delivery teams split across multiple locations
    • Excellent leadership, decision making and communications skills
    • Strong customer orientation and ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships at all levels
