Job Description
Reporting into the Business Head, some of your key responsibilities shall be as follows:
Lead technology delivery for clients within Banking & Financial Services while handling a 200+ member team with projects spanning across application development, mobile development, data engineering, big data, etc
Managing diverse project teams spread across locations, in capacity of a project supervisor as well as a people manager
Meet operational & contractual commitments including financial forecasting
Work towards ensuring appropriate resources are mobilised & allocated to ensure timely delivery of projects
Build long term client relationships and ensure seamless delivery along with increasing repeat business
P&L management along with increasing overall margins
The Successful Applicant
15 years+ of experience in delivery management with exposure to handling international and domestic clients
Graduate / Post Graduate Engineering in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines from premier institutes
Experience of working with clients from the BFSI domain with strong exposure to handling projects around emergent technologies like Java, Big data, Cloud, React and JavaScript
Experience in managing the P&L and effectively work towards increasing the profits of the account
Strong people management skills with prior experience of handling large delivery teams split across multiple locations
Excellent leadership, decision making and communications skills
Strong customer orientation and ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships at all levels
