Key Roles and Responsibilities :-

Working within the Technology team, specifically on the software design and development of web-based software products and applications- Design, implement, and tune enhancements that work within the startup environment- Work to accurately evaluate risk and estimate software development tasks- An effective team member, skilled in enlisting the support of all team members aligning with project and organization goals.- Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a team of developers.- Work closely with business process owners to identify business requirements, processes and build solutions to support process attainment

Key Skills:- 1 - 3 years of experience in analysis, design and development of open-source/PHP/Android/client-server Applications

.- Good Experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, .Net Framework, C#/VB.Net, ASP.Net, MySQL, SQL Server 2005/ 2008, MVC and XML.- Well-versed with PHP code and PHP framework/s, JavaScript, AJAX, Webservice, Threading- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, Web Services/APIs, Android/iOS, .Net Remoting, Object Oriented Design, with experience working in high transactional sites.- Have strong concepts of OOPS and should be good in using design patterns.- Good hands on experience with any databases.- Ability to understand the requirements by the client and make a POC.- Writing high quality code using coding guidelines.- Effectively debugging code and problem solving skills.- Good at data modeling. Strong written and oral communications skills.- Experience working in Product development environment- Knowledge of Cloud/SaaS environment- Experience in AWS or Azure will be a big plus.
