Responsibilities and Tasks:

Analyze business needs to understand the problem and estimate values.
Provide support for SCADA (Wonderware) system software issues escalated to level 3.
Maintain relationship with level 2 SCADA support to include mentoring to improve their skill set.
Maintain any SCADA implementation owned by IT.
Analyze/implement the home grown software or 3rd party solutions.
Follow the software development lifecycle to deliver solutions.
Maintain systems/servers by keeping them tuned and compliant with company standards.
Provide system/server security and access.
Provide 24x7 escalation support for software/server issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

3 year experience in any 2 of the following: 
Windows Server administration
Windows/Web base development with C#
SQL Database administration and TSQL/SSIS scripting
Preferred experience working in any SCADA software
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process
The ability to work in several areas of software development as part of a team or independently.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, 24x7 work environment.
The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service and communication(verbal and written) skills.
Active team participation and demonstrated teamwork and consensus building skills
