'Contract Roles' is the staffing unit of Saintgeeks Techlabs LLP - a product & services company in Staffing, Recruiting, Project Management, Technology, and Consulting. For the past 5+ years, we have helped our customers strengthen their competitive advantage, reduce operational costs, and improve efficiency by providing our personalized services with integrity, intellectual growth, quality, respect, and positive thinking.

We are looking for a sales champion to join our team who can handle the following:

1. Generate leads for contract staffing in India and the US.
2. Identify, acquire, and secure new medium to large customers across all business verticals locally and nationally with a dedicated and disciplined approach to generate new revenue.
3. Create, build, and maintain relationships with the IT leadership across all business verticals locally and nationally.
4. Design, develop, implement, and maintain an effective business development and sales plan that will meet or exceed the company’s sales objectives and revenue/profit goals.
5. Prepare and present formal sales presentations.
6. Prepare and submit formal proposals.
7. Set and manage priorities

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in selling IT staffing with a track record of identifying and closing new clients that resulted in the successful placement of IT resources.
• Proven prospecting and closing abilities having success in generating new business.
• Ability to lead, interact with internal Recruitment and Operations to foster as well as maintain a positive and successful work environment.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and functions.
• Strong work ethic with a positive and “can-do” attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
• Energetic, self-manager who can lead and achieve sales goals.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
