Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is someone who is customer-focused, has strong technical skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install and configure hardware and software
Maintain IT infrastructure and systems
Collaborate with other IT team members to deliver excellent service to employees
Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.
