IT Support - Other Jobs Opening in Kyndryl Solutions Private Limited at Gautam Buddha Nagar

1)Knowledge of Information Technology, B. Tech, B.E, Other Computer or any other graduates with IT Experience.

2)Must have knowledge of Operating System, Network, Firewall, Routers, Switch etc.

3)Must have knowledge of risks in Information Technology and ITIL framework.

4)Good knowledge on Industry standard policy and compliance e.g., PCI DSS, HIPPA, HITRUST, SOX, ISO9K, ISO 20K, ISO27K etc.

5)Must have practical knowledge in usage of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams/Skype, ServiceNow etc.

6)Must have good oral and written communication skills, including Project Management experience.

7)Must have ITIL v3 / ITIL 4 and at least one technical certification e.g., CCNA, CCSA, MCSE, Network+, Security+ etc.

8)Must have ISO 27001 LA and at least one risk/audit/security certifications e.g., CISA, COBITv5F, CISM, CRISC, CISSP etc.
