Job Description

Dexters is hiring for IT/Technical/Non-Technical Recruiter.
Process:- Domestic
Duties and Responsibility:-

Develop and update the job description and job specifications.
Sourcing of CVs thorough our database, employee referrals, job portals, consultants, walk-ins, OTPL Website and headhunting.
Screen, interview and select candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Meeting the timeline to close the vacancies.
Provide analytically and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Shift Timing :- 09:00 - 06:00
