• Strong Sourcing techniques
• Should have good Oral and written communication skills
• Should have hands-on experience in handling IT Recruitment Permanent & Contract positions
• Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster
• Strong Working experience on linkedin
• Ability to effectively use tools like LinkedIn, Instahyre,Stack overflow,or any relevant sourcing media to identify high-quality engineering talent.
• Experience with hiring for engineering teams in the past ( SSE, SDE, QA, DevOps, Product hiring, Engineering Leadership Roles, etc.) - (Not Mandatory for all - Relevant for candidates with Product Hiring Background)
• Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc
• Able to understand Tech Skills Sets in Niche & Super Niche
• Strong willingness to build career in Recruitment area
• Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Should have good convincing and negotiable skill
• Strong team player and pro-active
