IT Technical Support Executive

Location: Mumbai

Department: Technical Support

Skill Sets:

  • Handling Technical Support for all our solutions such as G Suite for Business, Web-Email Hosting
  • ( cPanel & Plesk Control Panels ),Domain Name Registrations, etc.
  • G Suite and Google Adwords Management.
  • Handling Complete Billing and Operations.
  • Hardware & Networking Knowledge.
  • Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop & Web Hosting will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and on Client site some times.
  • Ability to respond to customers in English via the Think Support Ticket system.
  • A Technology geek at heart.
  • Only candidates currently working or living in Mumbai should apply.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Ability to handle Support Requests from Clients on Phone and Email.
  • Work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to detail. Should be able to interact with Client and get their updates done.
  • Should be a motivated self starter and like working on fast paced projects.
  • Superb Written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Happy to share Office Responsibilities.
