Job Description
1.Assembly of machines as per drawings, tolerances, welding standards, quality
instruments, knowledge of sheet metals.
2. Assy. Drawing reading skill should be excellent
3. Knowledge of welding standards for M.S. and S.S. sheet metals fabrication.
4. Knowledge of fits and tolerances.
5. Hands on experience of using quality instruments.
6. Basic knowledge of machine design like selection of motors, pumps. Gear boxes, shaft, gears etc
7. Understanding of machine designs and their working, assembly of components and sub-assemblies to meet quality standards --- Well aware about shop floor management. Should be able to go out door on site for machine installation and servicing.
