Job Description:
Skills Required: -
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Application like, MS Office, MS Office 365 i.e. Word, Excel and reporting. 
  • Good Knowledge of MS OS like Win 10 and Win 7. 
  • Experience managing operations capability projects n- Solid exposure to BMC ITSM /Service Now ITSM 
  • Should have experience in handling multiple accounts and customers n- ITSM knowledge and experience in Change/Incident Management 
  • Good interpersonal, organization and customer services skills 
  • Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Good to Have:
  • Strong service management process consulting experience with good understanding of ITIL V3 service lifecycle modules n Prior ITIL V3 process consulting experience across service strategy, design lifecycle processes will have an additional weightage
  • ITIL Certification will be an added advantage.
