Job Description:
Key skills required for the job are:
- ITIL Service Level Mgmt-L3 (Mandatory)
- As a Senior Functional Executive, you are responsible for end-to-end in respective area of work.
- You should be able to interface with stakeholders, resolve the queries/problem and provide input for improvement areas.
- You are expected to identify the reporting model/details and frequency of reporting.
- You are expected to guide new members in the team and help them scale up faster.
- Handling day to Day IT operations , traching of the activitiees, customer review , reporting .
- Resource management.
