Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Planning a tour, making tour itinerary which contains the identification of the origin, destination and all the stopping point in a traveler's tours
2. Looking after the finer details of a vacation or tour such as hotel booking, flight booking, other transport bookings as per the travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority
3. Communicating with suppliers & service providers
4. Answering both in-bound and out-bound calls
5. Negotiating and closing deals with agents
6. Dealing efficiently with guests
7. Following up with clients by phone/email about their queries
