JOB SUMMARY

Specialist is working to ensure that patients' health care benefits cover required procedures. He contacts a patient's insurance company to verify coverage levels and collect outstanding bills.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Must be a quick learner
Confident in building a conversation
Intermediate experience with MS Word, MS Excel
Should be Client service oriented.
Should be willing to work in Voice Based process.
Should have Good Grasping power
Should be ready to work in night shifts

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The specialist is responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, to ensure necessary
procedures are covered by an individual’s provider.
Accurately enter insurance information into computer system.
Maintain clear communication with insurance companies.
Answer phone for incoming calls, make outgoing calls and assist Call Center as needed.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and center related business.
