Responsibilities

• Should have good hand on experience of modern distributed enterprise architecture, Design Patterns, Microservices, API Modeling
• Data Modeling, Information Architecture, Event Modeling, Data Standardization
• Assist Architecture and Design Authority &application development teams for Domain Driven Design
• Engage in the planning, architecture, design, and development of solutions that satisfy business requirements
• Lead high performing agile teams. Ability to work proficiently and effectively in an Agile / Scrum feature team environment
• Should have excellent leadership capabilities
• Interact with senior leadership in India and US to develop strategy for the application platform
• Ensure that the team and associated applications adhere to architecture standards, risk management and security guidelines keep abreast with the latest developments in third party and custom development technologies
• Develop people on technical, domain and leadership capabilities with active coaching.
• Adopt to new technologies and methodologies and drive solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business analysts, solution architects, project managers and development teams.
• Utilize excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
  
  

Preferred Skills & Experience - include specifics, as above:

• Banking experience is a plus
• Prior experience in API modelling, API specification
• Prior experience in domain driven design and Micro services architecture
• Prior experience in implementing data architecture in large scale projects
• Prior experience in designing Robust & Scalable solution, evaluating performance of applications and tuning them to achieve high throughput
• Multinational captive site or overseas experience
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years of working experience leading technical high performing teams.
• Past experience In event driven architecture and related patterns, Architecture blue print tools
• Past experience with NoSQL databases (Cassandra)
• Exposure to Kafka , AWS/PCF/Azure, Spark , Containerization is a plus
• Exposure to Information security standard and security controls
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)
