Who you are

As Domain Expert – Japanese Language Interpreter and Translator, you are responsible to provide translation and interpretation support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

What will you do

• Adopt the given technology to meet the drift of customer and business requirements
• Translation and Interpretation of technical restoration actions and plans via email, messaging, updating
• Technical and Functional management if necessary along with business impact to be quantified and documented for reporting purposes
• Aim is to reduce restoration time and partner concern to Situation Management for P1 incidents, via BRM ownership supplemented by delivery support teams
• Plan, coordinate and control the restoration of complex and high impact system problems that occur within the production environment
• Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and tests as scheduled
• Problem determination and resolution within expected time frame
• Act as the central communication point for interpretation and translation
• Understand and clearly communicate the business impact of Japanese Language projects
• Lead daily Operations meetings provided there are no P1 incidents running
• Aid with identifying problem management trends

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Japanese Language with interpretation and translation.
• Proficient in storage management services (including backup and restore)
• Working ability in managing network SSL connectivity and certificate of authority renewals
• In-depth understanding of components like Database, LDAP and application servers
• Proficient in Windows and Unix administration

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficient in working with high availability environment along with alignment to process (ITIL)
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
