Role: Java Alfresco Developer

Education: Graduation in any stream (with diploma/training in software development courses is preferred for non-IT engg. graduates)

Essential Technical Skill

Strong experience in Java - Alfresco
Should be proficient in Java
JEE- Java, Spring, JSP/ Servlets, XML, XSLT, XPath, Hibernate, web/application servers (Tomcat)
Development using Alfresco for content management capabilities.
Designing and developing solutions leveraging Alfresco - object model, security model, taxonomy, search, user interface, and workflow
Experience in Ingesting a large amount of data into Alfresco
Modifying bulk metadata of documents
Experience with Apache Solr, or any other search engines to load and search data and writing Java interface
Involve in Design, Testing, deployment of Alfresco related requirements
Agile experience with appropriate tooling

Essential Soft Skill

Good communication skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with distributed team members
Good Analytical and issue solving skills
Demonstrate an enthusiastic and pro-active approach to software development
Demonstrate the desire to produce high quality software products within agreed budget and timescale constraints

Desirable Technical Skill

Alfresco Content Services Certified Engineer Developer certification
Familiarity with continuous integration tools and DevOps automation
Familiarity with Automated Test-Driven Development (ATDD) tools using Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber
Experience in using Cloud technologies. Building environment scripts
