What You’ll Do

• Hiring for Sr. Java Developer with Strong Hands-on experience is must.
• Overall responsibility for the technical implementation and integration of consumer product applications and services.
• Help architect an event based data streaming architecture.
• Manage the day to day technical implementation activities
• Report system, product and process problems as they arise to appropriate teams and leaders; identify and provide solutions simultaneously
• Assist with developing internal and client documentation
• Supervise and provide guidance and direction to team members
• willing to work with multiple stake holders with minimal supervise.
• Knowledge or Experience on Ruby on rails will be a plus.
  
  

Primary Responsibilities

Java Back End Developer

• 10+ years of applicable job related experience including coding Java and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience working with REST and Messaging systems.
• Strong understanding and Practical experience in full stack Java web application development, middle tier integration frameworks and designing Relational Data Models.
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design, Data Structures, Design Patterns, different protocols like REST, SOAP
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to adhere to detailed processes
• Proficient knowledge in Linux and open source technologies. (Apache Tomcat, Kafka, or rails a plus)
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as clients, supervisors, and teammates
• Demonstrated ability to change direction and reprioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques throughout the stack.
• Shell scripting.
• Kafka experience a plus .
