Roles and Responsibilities –

·        Work with overall Core team and build generic loading framework using Java, Apache Spark, Hive/Impala, Parquet and related Big Data Technologies

·        Ensuring high quality software development, with complete documentation and traceability

·        Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals

·        Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards

·        Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint

·        Strong experience in validating testing and have quality product at early stage of lifecycle

·        Translates functional requirement or specifications into technical solutions, and implement the solutions with plans and executions.

·        Strong experience in Corporate/Retail Banking with understanding on Balance sheets / PnL

·        Mentoring and coaching more junior members of the development team 

Specification –

·        Bachelor’s degree (in science, computers, information technology or engineering)

·        Person with overall 12+ years of experience, working in similar roles across banking or services technology; Knowledge of Corporate banking and trade finance is preferred

·        Strong domain experience in Corporate Banking/Trades

·        Well versed with SDLC life cycle having exposure to various Phases
