*Strong Development Skills in Java (JDK 1.6 OR 1.7),good to
have Java-8
*Java 5 Features: Enums, Annotations, Generics, Auto boxing,
Loops, Concurrent APIs etc.
*Strong in software development process, test driven
development.
*Strong OO design skills
* if Experience more then 3 years implementation of design
patterns.
*Experience with Data Structures and Algorithms is highly
preferred
*knowledge of SQL query. good to have knowledge of function
and procedure.
*Frameworks/ORM tools (Struts/Springs/Hibernate/JPA etc)
*Presentation Layer (JSP/Servlet and javascripts with any
javascript framework),
*Databases(Oracle/MySQL),Build and Release, Systems
Integration, Agile, Estimations/Planning, OOPS
Concepts, Client Management/Interaction.

- Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and
finding solutions
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and
informal)
- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with
strong personal ownership of problem
resolution
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work
independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize when under pressure
