Job Description

Job Description:

Selection Process: EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: BE / BTech (EEE/ECE/IT/CS) (2019 - 20 Pass outs Only) 50% and above in 10th, 12th, & Graduation MALE/FEMALE (Any Preference): 500 Female 350 participants can be male or female, however, in this also the percentage should be more than 60% for women participants.

SELECTION PROCESS:

Interview will be scheduled with Capgemini post successful training completion. Selection will be on basis of the performance during the interview, academic results and document verification skill
Requirements:
Flexible working / limited WFH depending on role and location assigned
No Active Backlogs and only 1 gap year is allowed between 12th and Graduation
Willingness to move and work in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune

Any Other Requirements:

Good communication and confidence level
Right attitude and learning ability
Basic knowledge on technologies covered during training as per TOC/Curriculum
Incentives: No
