Skill : Java Microservices - PCF

Exp : 7 to 9 Years

Location : Gurgaon( 1st pref.) / Chennai/ Bangalore

NP : Preferably Immediate Joiners or Max 30 days

Java Microservices. This Java Microservices role requires working closely with technical stakeholders from various platforms and vendors to deliver changes on the multiple applications in the Lending Area. Be responsible for definition of detailed Non-Functional requirements and to provide significant input to the future design of systems Service Excellence.

Technical Skills

Java, Spring MVC, TDD, Hibernate, Design Patterns, Restful services, Camel, Continuous integration.

Experience working for a company with an eComm based customer segment.

Experience working for an agile team with the ability to assume a Scrum Master role

Strong interpersonal skills to work with colleagues who need encouragement and coaching to learn new technology

Commercial experience of building a product which has been sold to customers.

Process Skills

Ability to think at a high level about product strategy

Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions

Comfortable conducting user centric research and testing

Experience working closely with engineers and software cultures

Producing sketches, flows, prototypes and mockups

Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Behavioural Skills

Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
