Forsys is looking for Software Engineers to drive and Provide L2 Technical Support for Forsys Suite of products that span across Application Development Platforms involving diverse technologies such as Java, Oracle, Angular, PLSQL etc.. Working with Developers & Executives from Enterprise Technology Customer Organizations to help them use Forsys products without any issues & challenges. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, & Services teams in Forsys to resolve customer issues, escalations and assist in use case implementations
If you are the kind of person who is Excellent in problem solving & troubleshooting skills and able to deliver 24X7 support coverage to our global customer base using Java, J2ee, JavaScript, Webservices, HTML5 and CSS, having Strong communication and interpersonal skills, then this could be your dream job!
How You Will Make An Impact
Candidate coming with 1+ years but not more than 5 years of relevant experience in software development and support with Excellent problem solving & troubleshooting skills,who will be directly interacting with customers/end-users to deliver 24X7 support coverage to our global customer base
You’ll need to have:
BE/ MCA/ BTech/ BCA or Equivalent
Experience in maintaining/ supporting Java/ JavaEE based product/ web applications
Experience working with Web/ Application servers (Preferably Apache, & Tomcat) SQL queries with MySQL, Oracle
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge on Java, SQL, Linux, Cloud Infrastructure.
Basic knowledge of VM’s, AWS, Azure.
Any scripting language would be an added advantage (Ex: Bash)
Exceptional communication & coordination skills
Experience in providing Level 2 Support for US/ EU customers
Strong analytical skills
Flexible with shifts (i.e. after - hours, weekends, and holidays) as needed
Provide 7x24 rotating on - call support
Having Knowledge on ITIL fundamentals would be an added advantage.
