We are looking for the JEE Lead in Indore – Madhya Pradesh
Designation / Position: JEE Lead
Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities :
Java Lead:
Profile Requirements:
o Excellent Java & J2EE skills with a strong background to OOPS, principles. Exposure is specifically sought on Spring, Hibernate, RESTful Web services, Angular.js and integration frameworks
o Must have seen 2 full cycle SDLC implementation with prime exposure to design. Ability to design application for non-functional requirements
o Demonstrated ability to manage a team and deliver on agreed schedules/plans
o Strong exposure to SDLC/PDLC aspects with the ability to fulfil release management responsibilities at each stage of solution building & delivery
o Excellent computer science fundamentals with significant exposure to databases, networking, distributed computing & web technologies
o Good communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
▪ Provide technical guidance & leadership to the team
▪ Independently interface with clients for technical discussions and ensure completion of project releases
▪ Create technology & tool evaluation reports
o Will prefer candidates with good networking & system fundamentals with knowledge of telecom protocols
Eligibility Criterion:
o 5-7.5 Years of industry experience
o Qualification: BE/MCA with a good academic track record (>60% in 10/12/G/PG)
o Demonstrated exposure to have independently managed/designed 2 enterprise-class solutions
o Product engineering background

o Self-starter & confident
o Team player with a positive attitude & open-mindedness for learning
Responsibilities:
o Create a module-specific design and facilitate the solution delivery with technical excellence
o Responsible for independently managing deliveries and fulfil the release execution cycles
o Independently interface with stakeholders for the assigned modules and ensure completion of all PM responsibilities
o Provide recommendations on development methodologies, frameworks applicability, technology choices, relevant toolset etc.
o Responsible for delivering end-to-end solution using state-of-the-art technology stack
o Expand coarse requirements to engineering details (including non-functional specifications) and develop the product based on definition
High Level Skills: Java, JEE, Oops (Mandatory)
Preferred Qualities: The candidate will start working in Indore at Client location and after 6 months will be deployed in Bangalore. Looking candidates from Similar Telecom Domain companies within MP.
Salary Offered: Between 16-35 L
Job Location: Indore at Client location and after 6 months will be deployed in Bangalore.
