Applications are being invited for the various vacant posts from officials of Indian Railways/ Central Govt/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Statutory Authorities/ Development Board and other Government Semi-Government organizations. The specifications/ requirements of the vacancies are as under:-

1. Name of Post: JGMs/ DGMs/Projects

2. Scale of pay of the deputation: JGM: PB-4, Level-13 (7th CPC) DGM: PB-3, Level-12 (7th CPC)

3. Number of Posts: 09

4. Location: Delhi

5. Tenure of Deputation: 5 years (3 years + 2 years i.e. 4th and 5th year extendable by VC/RLDA.)

6. Eligibility:

i. JGM:-Working on analogous posts or Group 'A' officer working on regular posts in Level 13/ Level 12 of IRSE cadre of Indian Railways or engineering officers having corresponding grade and 9 years Group A service on regular posts in Civil Engineering Depts. Of Central Government/ State Govt./ Indian Railways/ PSUs/ Statutory Authorities

ii. DGM: Working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer working on regular post in Level 12/ Level 1l from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities, having Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 6 years of service in Group A/Group B Or

iii. Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 15 years experience

7. Desirable: Previous experience of financial aspect in Land/ Estate Management

8. Others: One scale higher than parent grade is permissible or deputation allowance if posted in same grade. Railway accommodation/Railway Passes is also permissible for Railway Officers. Liberal lLease facility including self lease. Conveyance Allowance/Official vehicle. liberal medical facilities. Sofi furnishing allowance, electricity allowance etc.

Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory Authority, under the Ministry of Railways, set-up by an Amendment to the Railways Act, 1989, for development of vacant Railway Land for commercial use for the purpose of generating revenue by non-tariff measures.
