Medha improves employment outcomes for youth. We provide 21st-century skills training, career counseling and workplace exposure, and ongoing job placement and alumni support to students at their existing educational institution. Since 2011, Medha has trained over 3,000 students across 35 educational institutions, placed them into internships and full-time jobs with 200 leading employers, and built a public-private partnership with the government of Uttar Pradesh. About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Partner with local universities/colleges with the objective of increasing the user base of the Mee app
2. Support new users in developing their profiles on Mee App and assisting them in applying for relevant job roles
3. Create video/creative content on communicating the steps to join Mee App and highlighting its features among new users
4. Collect the reviews and ratings from old users on their ex-employers
5. Strategize on collecting reviews and ratings from ex-employees who are not even Meet App users
6. Coordinate for dates, venues, and timings with local universities/colleges to organize for offline/online Job Melas
7. Handle queries by new/old job seekers, if any

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 27th Aug'20 and 1st Oct'20

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. are from Ambala, Chandigarh, Karnal, Panchkula and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Any graduate or diploma holder

2. Freshers can apply

3. Candidates with at least 1 year of prior work experience in sales, business development, or any other relevant profiles will be given preference

4. A candidate shall not be less than 20 years of age

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Presentation and documentation skills

7. Working knowledge of MS-Office and Microsoft accounts

8. Diplomatic and smart team player

9. Critical thinking ability and problem-solving attitude

10. Local candidates from Chandigarh Tricity, Punjab or Haryana belt will be given preference
