The Team at Workex is calling out to those worthy of working towards fighting unemployment and revolutionize the hiring process, one hire at a time. We’re actively searching for a “Job Post Approval Executive” to help us with our recruitment processes.
Here is the battle plan and the list of things that you will be handling on a daily basis. How you do it efficiently/creatively, is entirely up to you!
Approve, Reject, Pause Job Posts by recruiters depending on the quality and credibility.
Edit Job Descriptions of Job Posts so that it is easy for the candidates to understand once the jobs go live on our platform.
Call up Recruiters to clarify the details of the job posts before the job goes live on our platform.
Research and write appealing Job Descriptions if they don’t already exist in our database.
Help Job Seeking candidates whenever the need arises.
This is not the Mjolnir, so you don’t have to be Thor or Captain America to lift it but we do need someone who has:
A sharp sense of written English Grammar (even better if you’re a Grammar Nazi!).
A Bilingual or Trilingual tongue and someone who can speak to people from various regions of the country.
The ability to manage time while working.
The power to be a nice person (trust us, you’ll need a lot of this while interacting with a large number of people).
