Responsibility:Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization Filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative.
Drafting of prospectus/offer for sale/letter of offer/other documents related to issue of securities and obtaining various approvals in association with lead managers.
Advising on Legal Structure of the organization.
Drafting of Board resolutions and Members Resolutions.

Job type: Full time.
