Job Description

1. Joint Director (Law) /(One post) Anticipated 

Pay Scale: Rs.118500-214100 Pay Matrix Level – 13 (7th CPC) Pay Band-4 (prerevised) Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay Rs.8700/- Group-A 

Essential Qualification: 1. Law Degree from a recognized University. 2. Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis OR With 2 years regular service in the pay Matrix Level - 12 ( 7th CPC) / PB-3 (pre-revised) Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.7600/- . OR 3. With 5 years regular service in the pay matrix level – 11 (7th CPC) / PB-3 (pre-revised) Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/-. 

Desirable Qualification : 1. Experience in regulatory laws. 2. Knowledge in the Power Sector 3.Experience in contract / administrative law. 4. Experience in handling litigations
