Joint Registrar-cum-Joint Secretary /1 Post

Eligibility: The person should be Law Graduate from a recognized university having Hind subject in matriculation.

He should have served as a member of Superior Judicial Service for 5 years/having Class-I service for 10 years ii any State/ Central Government Department or have served the Punjab & Haryana High Court for 10 years as Class-I officer and retired/retiring as Joint Registrar. 


Deputy Registrar-cum-Deputy Secretary/2 Posts

Eligibility: The person should be Graduate from a recognized university having Hind subject in matriculation.

He should have served as a member of HCS/PCS Judicial Service for 5 years/having Class-I service for 10 years in any State/Central Government Department or have served the Punjab & Haryana High Court for 10years as Class-I officer and retired/miring as Deputy Regstrar or from equivalent post. 

Assistant Registrar/1 Post 

Eligibility: The person should be Graduate from a recognized University having Hindi subject in matriculation with 10 years experience of General Administration with 5 years class-I service in any State/Central Government Department/ Punjab & Haryana ligh Court. Preference will be given to those, who retiredretiring as Assistant Registrar from the Punjab & Haryana High Court. 

Assistant /2 Posts 

Eligibility: The person should be Gradudate from a recognized University having Hindi subject in matriculation with 05 years experience of Clerk/Assistant in any State/ Corporation/ Organization/ Central Government Department/ Punjab & Haryana High Court having knowledge of noting/dratting and computer. Preference will be given b those, wino retired as Assistant from the District Courts of Haryana/Punjab & Haryana High Court. 

Note: 1. The candidate should not be more than 64 years as on 28.02_2019. 2. The service of the person so engaged shall cease on the expiry of the term automatically.

The Government of Haryana has also established its own State Commission to provide the citizens of Haryana, an autonomous Commission to deal with the violation of human rights at different levels. The establishment of Human Rights Commission for Haryana reflects the commitment of the government towards transparent governance and speedier mechanism for getting redressal of violations of citizens rights. Human rights are inalienable rights not only recognized by various international Covenants and treaties but are also enshrined in the Constitution of India.
