Job Title: Jr. Academic Counsellor

Reports To:  Academic Counselling Team Leader

Employment Type: Full time

Location: IIDE Campus, Andheri West, Mumbai. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Adapting to CRM
• Assisting students in the admission process, admission test, and fee collection
• Cold-calling from a given database for lead generation and database.
• Collaborate with different teams
• Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
• Counsel students for a career path in digital marketing and affiliated streams
• Database Management overlooking
• Email Writing Skills
• Extraction of data from the back end and data sorting as per the company needs
• Handle Chatbot inquiries
• Manage direct parent or student inquiry handling and also manage telephonic inquiry handling.
• Objection Handling
• Proper follow up with the students visited
• Reach Weekly Sales Target
• Reaching out to students of various colleges and working professionals for certificate courses
• SMS copywriting
• Whatsapp Sales Communication

Job Requirements:

• Fluent  Written & Spoken English Language Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
• 0-1 year of work experience

Qualifications & Skills

• Female (Age group: 18+)
• Fluent with MS Office skills
