Roles & Responsibility

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Make proper provision of fund for the priority payment.
Fulfilling complete compliances as per Govt. norms.
Bill checking & TDS working of sub-contractor /Vendor considering Original Tax Invoice /Service tax bill/GRN/PO.
Checking all taxation points
Checking Debit notes.
Must be good in Tally ERP. Knowledge of PF, PT, Handling Petty Cash is must.
Should have worked on TDS, Income Tax.
Should know processing Bank Payment.
Candidate should have experience in preparing PF challan
Undertake any other task as assigned by superior.

Min.1 year experience as Accounts Executive.
B.COM, M.COM, MBA (Finance)
