• Working Knowledge of fibre optics communications system, OSP/ISP/IBD permission statutory requirements
• Knowledge of PROW/ROW permission process flow.
• Knowledge of International Cable Systems & landing Stations
• 2-3 years of experience in relevant industry for feasibility / service delivery / service assurance
• Solution design skills of Ethernet Packet & Optical network.
• Understanding of Transmission/ IP/ VOICE, ISP/OSP network, 2G, 3G technology, Fibre equipment's.
• Responsible for adherence to maintain agreed SLA/KPIs.
• Good knowledge of various interface used to deliver Data, Voice and IP based circuits on transmission network.
• Good Knowledge of ECI and Huawei access products and who have worked on them from configuration, fault management and Planning perspective.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills able to articulate technical concepts into documentation.
• Knowledge of Transmission, Ethernet / DWDM / OTN / MSP and Packet Network Technologies 2G, 3G / Huawei / ECI.
