Job Description

  • JOB Profile: Accounts Executive
  • Desired Qualification:
  • B.Com
  • Experience: Type & No of years:
  • 2 to 4 years
  • Functional area:
  • Accounts, Tax
  • Necessary Skillset:
  • Candidate should have good knowledge of – Excel, Tally, and TDS
  • Good communication skills.
  • Role & Responsibilities:
  • Accounts routine work.
  • Reconciliation, ledger scrutiny & finalization of accounts.
  • Coordination with auditors for audit & other related matters.
  • Detailed knowledge of Taxation i.e. Income Tax & GST etc.
  • MIS reports related to investments, finance & other matters.
  • Familiar with the latest Tally software.
  • Handling preparation & maintenance of various books/registers viz. Cash / Bank Books, etc. to ensure smooth accounting operations.
  • Co-ordinating in the preparation, maintenance and filing of projected P&L Account, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation and Stock Reconciliations required by bank authorities / financial institutions.
  • Managing the records for all the vendors; liaising with various parties for smooth flow of activities.
  • Checking all accounts vouchers like purchase, sales, cash, and bank voucher in accounts books as per B/S.
  • Compensation band:
  • Up to 3.0 LPA
  • Location: Pune
  • Reporting Structure:
  • Reporting to branch manager
