• Participates in the Enterprise Service Desk Queue Process
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
• First level analysis of all the tickets before transferring to next level
• Executes the deployment process and desktop image components
• Setup computer systems for new users and instruct on access to
company systems including, email, desktop applications and
accounting systems.
• Knowledge in installation, maintenance, administration of LAN
infrastructures, such like TCP/IP networking.
• VPN related issues troubleshooting.
