Graphic Designer (Jr.)

As we continue to expand, we are on the lookout for a Jr. Designer with 2-5 years of previous experience working as a Designer in Digital Marketing, Advertising or PR agencies and a Portfolio/showcase of creative work across at least 5 different mediums and the following qualifications:
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- The ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running on an existing/new client or project. Should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the F&B sector, to support our clients
- Independently executes creative projects as per requirements
- Produce high-quality & effective work of all social media / digital marketing content & campaigns, advertising & branding material and web properties
- As a UX Designer, translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Comfortable working in a high turn-over environment producing creative and designs ranging from online to offline channels
- Own all our clientele brands starting with the development of the brand guidelines and ensuring proper and consistent application across all customer and partner touch points
- Provide functional expertise and recommendations regarding the execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the team to produce high quality design. This involves reproducing the Storyboard into photo-realistic renderings or Photographic visualization
- Transfer key marketing initiatives into high quality consumer facing visuals
- Conduct effective visual research and reference gathering
Requirements:
- Please include an impressive portfolio book/link that demonstrates your range, creativity and original thought
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent with strong design & video editing skills
- 2-5 years of experience in creative development and digital advertising in an advertising / digital marketing agency
- Strong conceptual skills, a broad thinker that is able to offer a variety of design solutions and create superior, original designs
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills preferable
- Knowledge of UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is preferable
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Good at understanding briefs, communicating and negotiating
